Het feit dat er een parkeergarage onder was en het zonneterras
Dat er een bouwput pal naast ons appartement was , er werden nieuwe woningen gebouwd. Was erg lawaaierig en je voelde je toch wat minder vrij op je dakterras. De bouwvakkers keken er zo op.

Nice views and quiet location.
The location is a bit of from everything, it takes almost 20 minutes by car to get down to the beach and the shopping in Estepona. The rooms are a bit small, for four people to stay there it will be cramped. The TV needs to be replaced, its buffering a lot and reboots a couple of times per day.

A szállás tágas, jól felszerelt. Kényelmes parkolás a garázsban. Lifttel 2 perc feljutni.
A szállásadó nem említette egy szóval sem, hogy a közvetlen szomszédban egy újabb hotel építkezés folyik ami még jó sokáig el fog tartani. A munkások reggel 7-este 7ig dolgoztak. Nyilván nem volt jó a daru és a flex hangjára kelni. És szombaton is ugyanúgy dolgoztak!!! Nem tudtuk eléggé kipihenni magunkat. Ha erről szól a szállásadó akkor semmi probléma, de mikor megírtam neki még választ/ elnézést se kaptam!
