You can’t help but imagine all the potential fun in this gem of a home across the street from a high ocean cliff. It starts with a neighborly front porch and the sweet, shingled exterior, not to mention the eye-catching oculus window on the second floor! Inside, you step into a living room with modern updates but plenty of casual, retro coolness. A gas fireplace and flat-screen TV/DVD and stereo promise cozy coastal ambiance alongside surf memorabilia and a comfortable collection of furnishings that inspire relaxation.
You can dine at a table near the fireplace or step into the more casual dining area in the kitchen with four seats at the breakfast bar and four more at a dining table. The dining area is flanked by two sets of sliding doors that offer double the outdoor options and lots of natural light. The fully equipped kitchen has a gas range, all you’ll need for casual dining. You can dine outdoors, too, in a pretty, private fenced yard with a table and lots of seating. Follow the path to the fenced hot tub and outdoor shower for yet another relaxing spot to gather! Upstairs, a bedroom/bonus room has a TV/DVD and room to lounge, plus two double beds, two twin beds and a double futon sofa sleeper.

Well kept older house. Wonderful for a family with kids that can do steep steps to upstairs sleeping area. One bedroom downstairs for 2 adults. Very tiny bathroom. Typical beach house.

Master bedroom bed hard as a rock. Literally EVERY cooking dish I pulled out was covered in crusted food. Had to rewash everything. No measuring cups. No baking sheets. cloudy drinking cups. Fireplace doesn't work. Hot tub cover is water logged & almost impossible to lift unless you are extremely strong (or 2 people). It needs to be replaced. Lots of spiders and webs. Had to vacume house upon arrival. Windows in living room cloud and need replacing.
Good location.beautiful view of ocean and sits up high on hill. Quick walk to beach. Nice fenced yard. Close to great beach entrance/park. Upstairs room great for my 3 kids. They loved it. Telescope doesn't seem to work correctly though. 😕. TV upstairs nonfunctional. Has hdmi cable but no game system, no DVD player. Would highly suggest a firestick. Would have been great for kids to use upstairs area for TV and leave adults to main level. The character of home is wonderful but even with all the issues I wouldn't stay here again based on how uncomfortable bed was. Killed my back.
