Along the path, you will cross over Beaverton Creek, that winds through the region and a number of parks such as Seminole, Sutherland Meadows, and Lexington Park.

Another feature of the home is the convenience of location. There are multiple grocery options within a mile or two. There is an outdoor mall at the Streets of Tanasbourne just a few minutes away. Numerous restaurants are within a five-mile drive or less. You can even walk from the house to the MAX (Portland's Light Rail System) and use that to go downtown, the airport, or other regions to the east and south of Portland.

We have relationships with all of our neighbors who have our direct contact information. Quiet time is 10:00 pm to 8:00 am. . If it is loud enough to be heard outside in these conditions, it is too loud for you to remain our guest. This property includes a noise alert monitoring system in order to ensure that neighborhood noise levels are respected.
