About this house rental

3 bedrooms with 5 beds (1 king , 2 queens, and 2 queen pull out couches in the family room and living room). All of the material in house is up for usage. Full working electrical range in house and a grill is available outside for those nice Oregon days. There will be some carpeting materials and cleaning supplies in the garage. Dish soap, laundry detergent, and handwashing materials are available as well. Within around 10 minutes to intel and the Nike campus. 24 minutes from downtown Portland.Recently refurnished and reupholstered. Tv uses Roku and has services downloaded on them. Must input accounts to use all services except for YouTube tv. YouTube tv has all local news channels and some select cable channels. Can watch some shows on demand as well. High speed internet is available up to 200 Mbs.

Close to parks, shopping and the community center. Within a few minutes of grocery stores the sprawling Noble Woods trails and access to light rail. Perfect for families.

Had a great stay. Very convenient to we’re we needed to go and stuff close by. Could walk to a lot of places needed to go. Place was clean and host was responsive and helpful.

We rented the home for the Thanksgiving holiday to accommodate all the family members. All adults. Not a good place for children or pets. Plenty of dishes, silverware and utensils, large kitchen and dining room. Close to Albertsons and other shopping. Our second visit to this home.

Overall good experience. We were very pleased, Penny brought towels and washcloths. Only 2 wash clothes in the whole house for 4 people. Air conditioning was inadequate when we had guests in for evening meal and games. Temp's grew to near 80 degrees. Took all night to recover. Also, we found multiple windows were not locked. We locked these before retiring for the first night.

We attended my grandsons graduation from Pacific University and were pleased with the location and convenience of all the surrounding stores, strip malls and access to interstate. Having 2 bathrooms are a plus for more than 4 persons. Communication with manager was easy, with quick replies to concerns. Mahalo much, Penny

We did feel like the place should be deep cleaned before renting out. It just wasn’t as clean and prepped like other VRBO’S we have stayed in and we have stayed in quite a few. But the location was great, and so was the communication with the host!

Our group of 8 had a great stay here. Everyone slept comfortably and there were plenty of clean linens, extra blankets and a very well stocked kitchen. The backyard is so charming and we enjoyed the ping pong and pool tables in the garage. The neighborhood was quiet and we felt very safe during the stay. Awesome location in walking distance to grocery stores and restaurants. Would definitely recommend staying here!

We had a great time here, relaxing as well as playing pool and table tennis. The beds were comfortable and the house was quiet. It was extremely clean. The kitchen is large and a great place to cook a meal. I would stay here again.
