About this house rental
This home offers an incredible location combined with style and comfort. Sitting just a couple minutes walk from the Quatama MAX stop, you can take the light rail to anywhere in the region. Intel, Nike, Planar, and countless other companies are just minutes away.
Downstairs has a wonderful open floor plan that the whole group can enjoy. The dining room table can expand to seat about 10 people and the cover can be flipped over to green felt for games. In back, you can enjoy the enclosed back space with seating and the BBQ. There is a gas fireplace to enjoy seasonally as well. The garage has been transformed into a wonderful game space with ping pong and more!
Upstairs are four spacious bedrooms with new beds and plenty of room to spread out and enjoy your time. There are two full bathrooms one of which is the master bath and the other sits conveniently near the other three bedrooms.
The convenience of this location is unparalleled. You are just a couple minutes from multiple grocery stores. There are tons of shopping options at the Streets of Tannasbourne. If you enjoy golf, check out Pumpkin Ridge, The Reserve Golf Club, or Topgolf. Sitting just two miles from the freeway you can be anywhere in the region with ease. We have relationships with all of our neighbors who have our direct contact information. Quiet time is 10:00 pm to 8:00 am. Please stay indoors during this time, keep the windows and doors closed and keep the volume to an enjoyable but reasonable level. If it is loud enough to be heard outside in these conditions, it is too loud for you to remain our guest. This property includes a noise alert monitoring system in order to ensure that neighborhood noise levels are respected. Again, please realize we want every group to enjoy their time, laugh, have fun and make memories. These devices are only to ensure noise levels don't reach a threshold that bothers our neighbors. Also, please note there is no electronic video surveillance monitoring pools or spas, or on the interior of the house.
