About this apartment rental
This beautiful, 2 Bedroom, 2 1/2 Bath Condo is the front unit in a duplex directly across the street from the beach on Anna Maria Island, Florida. It is a perfect spot for two couples. Our guests love the views of the Gulf of Mexico and Sarasota Bay from the roof top deck and Gulf views off the front living room and master bedroom decks. On the ground level is a dedicated, covered parking space for one car. Our guests love that is an easy walk (within two blocks) to the Bridge Street Pier and restaurants including the Beach House Restaurant, Blue Marlin, Anna Maria Oyster Bar, Bridge Street Bistro, Bamboo Island, Island Creperie, Bridge Tender, Oma's Pizza and others. The free Anna Maria Island Trolley stop is a few steps away providing access to the entire island without need of a car. It is also close to the beautiful Coquina Beach walking & biking path which leads to the southern end of the island and the Longboat Key Pass.
The condo has a contemporary layout with 10 foot ceilings and is nicely furnished with a recently remodeled kitchen with a gas cooktop and everything you need to cook in. There are travertine marble floors on the 1st floor and in all bathrooms and seagrass carpet on the 2nd floor. The first floor living area has a private balcony, perfect for morning coffee or afternoon drinks, with a lovely view of the gulf. The master bedroom has a private gulf view balcony as well. Each bedroom, located on the 2nd floor, has queen size beds with Tempur-pedic mattresses and an en suite bath and have views of the Gulf of Mexico. The newer LG full size washer and dryer are located on the same floor as the bedrooms. Also located on the 2nd floor is access to the rooftop deck which has panoramic views of the Gulf of Mexico and Sarasota Bay and is a perfect spot to watch the morning sunrise, or, sunsets at the end of the day. Stored in the private garage on the ground level are bikes, kayaks, chairs, umbrellas and beach gear for use by guests.

What an absolutely brilliant place, everything you could ever want inside and the beds were so comfortable. There was an abundance of coat hangers which is a massive bonus. We very much recommend this property to absolutely anyone.

This condo is well equipped, comfortable, and beautiful!! I spent every morning on the front balcony looking at the ocean with my coffee in my hand. After a day at the beach, which is right across the street, I was back on the balcony. The unit also has a great view of the Gulf and the Intercoastal from the roof top deck. The owner, Susan, was helpful and easy to communicate with. The location of the condo is an easy walk to the beach and restaurants. The use of the bikes was certainly a plus! We rode every morning. Loved my 2 weeks here!!

We had a fantastic time in this fabulous house, which had everything we needed and more. Great location, close to bars/restaurants, and a short stroll over to the beach. Watching the sun set from the sky deck – glorious!

My husband and I stayed for 2 weeks at the end of April/beginning of May. Our initial impression was that the photos do not do the house justice. The lounge and dining area were larger than we thought. The bedrooms were lovely, well furnished and the bed we used was very comfortable.
The house was very clean, nicely decorated and had everything we needed for our stay.
The beach chairs, umbrella, towels and wagon were very useful and we enjoyed borrowing the bikes that we also in the garage. We didn’t use the kayaks but they were available for use.
Our hosts were lovely and quick to reply to any query we had.
We would definitely recommend this rental and hope to be back.
