A bargain but spartan

The apartment is in a super location within walking distance to town and the beach. Groceries are just a few hundred meters away. The apartment is spacious and sunny, and the small balcony has a view of the sea.

Despite the good location and size, we found the apartment to be very spartan, like a dormitory or hospital room, lacking any warmth. Only one bedroom had a small lamp, half broken, which we carried into the living room each night because there's no floor lamp, only harsh overhead lights. A simple floor lamp only costs about 25€, if that. The kitchen was a bit problematic because it lacked so many things one needs to prepare a meal. The saute pans are both huge, so not great for a couple of eggs, but we managed. No dish soap or sponge is provided, nor paper toweling. The bathrooms each had one roll of toilet paper, so an extended stay requires buying that too. Granted, none of these items are expensive, but we have never rented a place that didn't provide them. If you're arriving by car and have bee assigned a parking place, we highly recommend finding street parking instead. The small, dark garage is a nightmare. Yes, you get what you pay for, and the price was a bargain, but we would gladly pay a bit more for a place with more personality and amenities.

El apartamento estaba muy bien equipado y limpio. La piscina era grande y casi nunca hay nadie por lo que hay mucha tranquilidad.

Foi uma semana maravilhosa.

O apartamento onde fiquei, era realmente muito bom, cozinha bem equipada, dois quartos, um deles com WC privado, uma varanda com vista mar, parque de estacionamento interior, a piscina muito boa, tudo muito bem cuidado e protegido. O local era muito sossegado, um jardim em frente com muita sombra, a qualquer hora havia estacionamento para o carro.

Para nós não foi complicado, mas a praia mais perto do apartamento (600 metros) é uma praia de rochas, não tem areal, para ir para outras praias tem que se deslocar de carro, no nosso caso que todos os dias íamos à procura de uma praia diferente, isso não foi incomodativo. Quem gostar de ter o carro na garagem e ir a pé para a praia, convém esclarecer bem qual a localização do apatetamento que vai alugar.
