Everything. Fantastic apartment which was very large, modern and comfortable apartment with air conditioning in all main rooms. Very well equipped and a lovely pool where you could always get a sun lounger. Best place we stayed during our 3 week stay in Spain. Would highly recommend.

Les propriétaires sont plus que sympathiques les gens (isabella et Bart) sont exceptionnels ils sont prêt à vous rendre service à tout moment de la journée L'appartement est sensationnel très bien équipé et vraiment très propre et fonctionnel, "pour ma part, c'est" the Best des appartements que j'ai loué depuis plus de 15 ans. Les résidents vivant à l'année sont très gentils. Merci pour ces 15 jours de bonheur passé, j'y reviendrai avec un grand plaisir La piscine est vraiment très belle et grande et surtout très propre Vraiment rien à dire que du positif +++++++++++

Ruim, aangenaam appartement, ietwat op wandelafstand van Calpe

Comfortabel appartement met zeer ruime living (grote, aangename zetel en goede tv waarop je naar Vlaamse televisie kan kijken), aparte keuken (met vaatwasser) en extra toilet. Zeer groot en aangenaam terras met 2 ligzetels en fantastische view (beetje zee, beetje berg). De onderste verdieping bestaat uit twee kamers en badkamer met ligbad. De kamers zijn eerder klein, voornamelijk als je als volwassene op de tweede kamer met 2 aparte bedden slaapt. Op elke kamer is er airco, die maakt dat je de kamer vlot kan opwarmen of afkoelen. De badkamer is ruim, maar ietwat verouderd (de douchekop moet je de hele tijd in de hand houden: niet zo praktisch). Het mooie gemeenschappelijk zwembad is gelegen op enkele stapjes van het appartement. Spijtig genoeg zijn er geen parasols beschikbaar bij de ligbedden. Calpe centrum is op wandelafstand; je kan gaan via een wandelpad (zeer mooie wandeling van 15 minuten) of via een rustige weg die langs mooie huizen, villa's passeert. Die tweede wandeling van ongeveer 22 minuten gaat hier en daar stijl omhoog en naar beneden wat het met een kinderwagen wel best heftig maakt (op sommige stukken moesten we de kinderwagen met twee duwen). Op 10 minuten wandelen van het appartement (ook wel even een stijl stukje omhoog) zijn er twee supermarkten waar je alles kan vinden en een gezellige koffiebar met lekkere taarten en quiches (let op want de prijzen worden voor toeristen wat omhoog getrokken: €5,30 voor een latte ter plaatse is ronduit belachelijk. Beter dus koekjes of quiches gewoon afhalen).
