High points- Masood was very professional and welcoming, lovely guy. Apartment was great, amazing view of the river and O2. All the mod cons such as wifi, smart tv, kitchen appliances etc. Had everything we needed for our short 1 night stay. Low points- we were a group of 5 adults, and it was only when i mentioned about there only being 2 beds that the need for a spare/fold out bed was realised. This then delayed our check in by just over an hour so the housekeeper could get the extra bed prepared. Some small improvements we suggest is that there needs to be proper sized mugs for hot drinks, the current mugs are tiny and additional seating on the balcony so everyone can enjoy the outside space together.

The two employees that attend to us were exceptional for real. Went extra mile to ensure our stay was a good one!. A very big thank you to them!!!.

Deposit paid by cash only & refundable a week after you left the property, not told in advance by email! Also put under pressure for check out, someone standing outside the door constantly reminding you to leave. No parking available, have to pay to park for 20£ a day
