Lovely spacious apartment. Beds were comfortable. Sofa was comfortable. Kitchen appliances were excellent. Plenty of hot water for showers. Nice to have a balcony for some fresh air.
Some items were damaged which should have been fixed or replaced.

Nos encontramos a la hora del check in con personal que administra el dpto. Muy amable y servicial. Nos acompaño hasta el departamento. El departamento muy comodo, grande y limpio. Todo perfecto. 3 habitaciones, una con baño en suite. Y habia un segundo baño. Todo perfecto. lo recomiendo.
Pedi un segundo juego de llaves, debido a que eramos 3 personas que manejamos horarios distintos por trabajo y nunca me lo trajeron.

The location was very good for London Excel.
The apartment was very tired with stained carpets, broken window and unclean with hairs in the bed and bathrooms.
