Musluklar ve genel su tesisatında sorunları var. Yerler su olduğu için bir havlumu yerlerde temizlik amaçlı kullanmam gerekti. Odanın elden geçmesi gerekli.

Condo B204 is really quiet though there are all facilities you need near the Laguna Beach Resort.

The Closet has been too small for us

First impressions were wow, a clean modern looking apartment with a very comfortable bed and a bathroom as good as you would find in any European 3 star hotel. The aircon also worked great, but we could see it needs servicing. Collecting the key was also easy thanks to good communications. The resort complex the apartment is in is also very clean, with good facilities. The area around the resort has been developed as well since we were last there in 2018. A lot more going on. For long stays there is also a great laundry outside the complex. It was an enjoyable, and easy 3 week stay.

The kitchen area! To have such a good apartment let down by the kitchen felt weird. Why would it be so different? First the sink, which looked like it had been salvaged from a scrap yard, had come apart from the worktop, and looked as if it was about to collapse completely. Did the cleaners think we would not notice? Then the utensils. we had enough to get by except only one very blunt knife, one glass, no coffee mugs, no tea spoons and no tea towel. There were two of us! Staying 3 weeks we felt it was quicker, and better, to go to the shack outside the resort that sold everything cheap, and buy what we need. We then informed the owner about the state of the sink and he someone came round to refit it the next morning. First time ever we left an apartment with more than it started with. As for internet forget it, the free connection in the resort is slow and intermittent. Instead we got unlimited data sim cards from the 7/11 for 350 thb so had a good internet connection whilst there.
