This family owned condo is perfect for just that! Come enjoy this updated spacious yet cozy condo with mountain views any time of the year. AC units in each room. It is located near the heart of North Conway and has quick access to many attractions for your convenience. The condo is set back enough for you to get away from the hustle and bustle so you can relax on the balcony and take in the views. The Northbrook development features an Olympic size pool for the summer months as well as basketball hoops and tennis courts which are just around the corner from this unit.
Our family has been coming to North Conway for over 30 years, we’ve made so many memories here that we decided to make it our second home! With attractions like Kahuna Laguna (10 min away) Storyland (10 min away), Settler’s Green Outlets (10 min away), Mt. Cranmore (6 min away!), Attitash (15-20 min away), North Conway Village (5 min away), you’ll never run out of things to do! If you’re a golfer, there are THREE major golf courses within 15 mins from the condo. Let’s not forget the countless locations for hiking, biking, mountain climbing, boating, fishing, etc!
We want your stay at Northbrook Unit E-39 to be stress free and enjoyable, which is why we have opted for keyless entry. You will receive a key code to enter instead of having to worry about dropping off or losing keys! All linen is provided including towels. We want our home to feel like your home. This is a very cozy property in Northbrook, North Conway, with a beautiful view of Cranmore Mountain a close to skiing locations. We enjoyed everything. The property is well maintained and the host is very friendly.

Clean and spacious updated condo. Great for 5 of us for a long weekend. Loved the proximity to town and shopping. Would be very interested in renting again!

My family has been staying in this condo complex for our yearly vacation for the last 4 years. This is the first time we have stayed in this unit. The layout of the condo is excellent. Having space and a kitchen is key to us so it works well. A few days before check in I was notified that the community pool was not going to be open during the entire 5 night stay. While communication did happen (and was fairly consistent) I would have loved to know this before hand because I would have booked elsewhere- even if that meant losing part of the money on this unit . The pool is key for my son. When I voiced my complaint I was told ‘there are plenty of places to swim in the area.’ While I understand that- it’s not easy having a child that doesn’t like sand due to sensory reasons.
Also, we were told the unit had air conditioning. When we checked in the unit was 89 degrees. We turned on the ac units in the living room and all 3 bedrooms and hoped it was just from being closed up and without actually running. We left and went to the place my parents were renting to have dinner since it was much too hot to cook in the unit. When we returned 6 hours after check in it was still 82 degrees. At this point I notified the owner to which I got ‘no you’re the first one to complain about the ac.’ I took a photo of the register in the living room to prove that it was almost 11pm and still over 80. We spent as little time as possible in the unit because the heat made it unbearable.
