Conveniently located in the beautiful White Mountains of New Hampshire. Minutes to Echo Lake, Cathedral Ledge, and down town North Conway, with shopping, many restaurants, skiing, sightseeing, and much more..
The home is situated in a quiet family neighborhood just off of West Side Road. The home features rustic knotty pine interior, plenty of space for entertaining and has many updates. The main level features a full kitchen, full bath, one bedroom with a queen bed and a large living room good for entertaining more than one family. Upon entering the home you will see the newly carpeted stair case which leads to the second floor with 2 bedrooms and a 3/4 bath. The two bedrooms upstairs are across the hall from one another, one of which has 2 queen beds and the other has 1 queen and 4 twin beds. (bed linens and towel are not included with this listing)
Off the living room is a screened in porch giving you plenty of room to take in the fresh air and enjoy some time with your guests.

We’ve stayed at this cozy little house at least 4 times. It is perfect for our family of 10 and has all the amenities we need.

Okay lets start off, it can be a bit to get to this place, we were still within 15 minutes to most of what we wanted to get to. Front yard was nice, backyard needs work, at least mowed. With being in the woods, ticks are a concern and the grass back there could at least use a mow. There was a hot tub not set up but would be lovely addition. Unfortunately, there was a grill but it wasnt useable. Which really put a damper on the food we brought from home.
The insife is a lot larger tha. The pictures show it to be. Plenty of space for people to spread out. Im glad we were not here durong a super hot time since what was there for acs i dont think would of cut it for the upstairs, dor my family at least. Kitchen was very useful. No sponges to wash dishes that we could find, especially since he has a rule about making sure dishes are clean, the dishwasher also took some time to figure out.also, lots of baby stuff, we didnt need, but no plastic cups or dishware for kids.
Overall we had a good stay. We had beds for everyone, we were able to relax and do what we wanted in the area, the grill did put a damper on things. Lastly, there isnt much insulation between floors so you can hear things.
Overall, house is spacious, the neighborhood is quiet. It did its job.
