Toilets did not flush well and downstairs was musty

Spacious property and good location close to the town and most of the sites and hiking trailheads.

Vacasa charges for cleaning fees, which makes one believe that their "select" cleaning crews do a thorough inspection prior to signing off that the location is ready. However, upon our arrival, we immediately reported the main master bathroom shower curtain was torn from 4 rings and hanging visibly torn in the shower, the master bathroom toilet couldn't flush properly because the flusher wasn't able to flush without the ceramic back lid removed. Had to leave it off for the entire stay. The lower basement floor had a strong musty smell upon arrival so no one in our group wanted to sleep down there. The main floor bathroom had no toilet paper roller, it was missing, and all of these issues required us to spend time trying to report them and deal with them. Those failures should result in a partial refund of the cleaning fees. Hold the cleaning crews responsible and not the paying customer. Definitely believe a partial refund is in order.

Very good location and very spacious

A little outdated and was very hot a few days and even with fans was hard to cool the house down

Location cleanliness the look of the property. The location was unbelievable. There was so many activities and things to do in the general area. It was incredible. Really great vacation.

There were no TVs in the bedrooms and no air-conditioning only fans.
