Large house of 160m2, 25 minutes from Aix en Provence. 3 large bedrooms. 2 bathrooms, 2 WCs, 22m2 living room, 28m2 dining room, fully equipped summer kitchen by the 9m swimming pool which is sunny all day and out of sight. No neighborhood. Land completely fenced and closed by an automatic gate. access by a dead end which continues to the neighbor at 1km.

An unheated pool is only good to look at but basically useless for swimming. That was the disappointing aspect of this rental, which was otherwise pretty good

We have just returned from 2 weeks here as a family of 2 adults and 2 young children. We had the most amazing time. The house is set in a lovely quiet area - perfect when your kids decide to be a bit noisy in the pool! The pool area is perfect for relaxing and we loved the inner lip around the inside of the pool edge for the kids being able to get in and out easily. Lots of parasols for shade when you need it but also a lovely grassy area if you want to fully sunbathe. The house is very well equipped, the kitchen has everything you could possibly need with all the appliances, and a separate laundry room and a nice large living room with plenty of seating. The house stays super cool during the day despite the 37 degree temperatures we had daily and the bedrooms upstairs had great air conditioning, though we didn't really need to use it! The beds are super comfy too. We loved having our own tennis court, such a bonus! A supermarket 7 minute drive away and then 27 minutes to larger shops. This was the perfect location for us to just relax as a family and do our own thing. Noële and Eric were lovely, they were patient when we got caught up in terrible traffic and were over an hour and a half later than planned to arrive and showed us everything we needed to know. Always responsive if we needed them and very friendly. Thank you for a wonderful family holiday, we cant wait to come back!

A fantastic place to stay, in fact the accommodation is so well equipped, we did not stray too far from the pool and garden! The very high temperatures during the day did tend to make us quite lethargic, until we cooled off in the pool! Having our cycles allowed us to explore some of the local area - especially early morning and evening. Rians is very pretty, and the site of as few welcome beers after the climb to the cafe on the bike! Being met by Noelle and Eric was an added bonus. They are charming. Be aware that this is their house, so it is extremely well provisioned with everything you could need. Our daughter very much appreciated the piano, and it was lovely to sit on the beautiful patio and listen to her play. This is definitely a property we would aim to revist.

We hebben enorm genoten van deze gezellige en comfortabele woning. De tuin met zwembad, buitenkeuken, tennis, ping-pong en pétanque was fenomenaal...een oase van stilte en rust tussen de wijngaarden en lavendelvelden. De eigenaars heel vriendelijke mensen. Fantastisch en voor herhaling vatbaar!

Excellent, peaceful location; everything you need.

We were looking for a peaceful, rural location without neighbours and this was perfect. And there weren’t any dogs within barking distance to disturb the peace; amazing! The property is clean, well looked after, totally private and a tranquil rural retreat, surrounded by fields and wonderful views yet with all the modern conveniences you need for a comfortable self-catering holiday, just as the property description suggests. The swimming pool (uniform depth – no shallow or deep ends) was wonderful, although for the second half of June it hadn’t quite warmed up properly yet, set in sheltered grass garden and close to the summer kitchen with very efficient plancha (flat barbeque) so, with a large patio and three different sets of table and chairs to choose from, all meals can be taken alfresco. There is a hard tennis court (bring your own rackets and balls), a boules piste and ping-pong table; so plenty to keep the children happy. There are lots of places to visit within easy reach but as we’ve been to this area before we didn’t re-visit them all again; the absolutely spectacular Gorges du Verdon, the wonderful Luberon scenery and all its famous villages such as Bonnieux, Menerbes and Roussillon, Aix-en-Provence, Marseilles, all the Mediterranean resorts from Cassis right round to Monte Carlo, Arles and the Carmargue are not far and Mont Ventoux to the north. The nearest supermarket is just 10 minutes drive away in Rians with hypermarkets half an hour away in Saint Maximin-la-Sainte-Baume and Pertuis. A very happy hideaway, a pity it was only for 2 weeks! A big thank you to the very happy and helpful owners, Noelle and Eric (and the resident toads and frogs!). We can recommend this peaceful property as an ideal family holiday destination.

Dans cette propriété au calme, nous avons pu savourer la beauté du paysage tout en lisant ou en buvant un délicieux petit rosé clair (vue imprenable sur la montagne Victoire). Belle maison au calme absolu. Intérieur et extérieur très bien équipé. Cuisine extérieure tout simplement parfaite! Nous avions le choix entre la farniente au bord de la magnifique piscine ou à l'ombre sous les arbres de la terrasse. Départ idéal pour visiter la région du Var, Vaucluse, Bouche du Rhône Gardant le meilleur pour la fin, nos hôtes furent charmants, accueillants et prévenants. Merci à Noëlle et Eric pour ce beau séjour.
