Ideally located 600m from the beaches and shops, 2km from the port of Ploumanac'h Perros-Guirec, this small house of 45m2 ensures peace and quiet.

Taking the customs path 100 m from the house, you will discover the magnificent pink granite coastline as well as its granitic chaos all more surprising than the others. Ideal for family holidays.

The small house includes a sofa area with TNT TV, broadband wifi access, a dining area for 4 people, a kitchen, a bathroom with shower, a separate toilet and a bedroom.

Very well situated for exploring the granite coast and the beautiful coastal region. Short walk to the beach, restaurants and bars. Good supermarket short drive away. The property itself, though small, was perfectly adequate. Only criticism was the lack of storage space, especially in the kitchen. There are no cupboards above the worktops, and all lower ones are taken up with utensils, etc. Not sure the giant TV taking up half the worktop is a good idea. Anyway, we coped, and overall the property was fine.

Location très mignonne et correspond tout à fait à notre attente au niveau confort et équipements. Location très bien située géographique pour découvrir la côte de granit Rose. Propriétaires forts sympathique s et très disponible. Vivement conseillé pour passer un bon séjour.

accueil correct mais logement non nettoyé, poubelle non vidée, impossible de dormir lit dans pièce principale, volet roulant ne fermant pas totalement, frigo très bruyant, manque de vaisselle, grille pain délabré, aucun produit d'entretien .

Nous avons apprécié ce petit appartement où rien ne manquait et tout était pratiquement neuf. Il se compose d'une pièce commune en bas avec 1 lit de 2 places et une chambre mansardé à l'étage avec 2 lits d'1 place. Nous avons été bien accueillis par le propriétaire, que nous remercions, qui habite une partie séparée de la maison. Il faut quand même un véhicule pour ceux qui ne marchent pas beaucoup. Très belle région avec de belles plages et le sentier des douaniers à ne pas manquer avec des vues magnifiques. Nous conseillons cette location.
