The location… SECLUDED AND PEACEFUL!

If only they can make the food price cheaper.. hehehe but the food taste really good! So you get what you pay..

Location. Located in a secluded place with own beach with extremelly clean water. Just be midful that you would need to take boat and they run 3 times a day. 9 am, 2 and 4 pm. Bonus - they will give you one way free voucher for boat. Walking 25 min to Coral Beach and appx extra 10 to Long beach where are many dining options. As the pass going through jungles - old walking track partially destroyed make sure you have tourch or your mobile charged to light up the way back in the evening after dinner. Location of my bungalo was on top, so if you have top with view be ready to go may be 20 meters using stairs as obviouly no lifts. Room was extremelly clean and staff cleaned it every day so no issues with that. View was breathtaking. They also have pontoon where you can swim and spend some time on, In general, great area for open water swimming and even snorktling as there are soem corals nearby close to rocks. Atmosphere is very relax and friendly, they also offering diving and different tours thruogh the islnads, highly reccomend to take long one for 180 MYR. Full diving cert course - 5k MYR. But you can take sections one by one. One diving 150 MYR. Staff iand customer service is excellent. Boat goes appx 40 min depends on weather, taxi from Kota Baru airport to Besut appx 1 hour drive and appx 100 MYR. I used Grab and than the same driver on a way back as he gave me his phone, so logistic was pretty easy.

Breakfast are very basic but expected. No issue. In realtion to boats, just be midful that I belive hotel run boats 3 times a day, I missed 2 pm but because staff in their office in Besut Jetty speaks only basic English they did not explain properly however, all been resolved.

If they could improve their room accessories state slightly better. Currently it is bare minimum. I felt the breakfast is very very basic besides that they refill our coffee for free! If they improve their cooking capabilities they will not have customers eating elsewhere. WiFi quality is very weak … we cannot do much if we plan to check some email.
