    Customer service was excellant and the hotel felt luxurious. The room itself was lovely, however the hill view room did not have much of view, it felt like facing a brick wall, but it did save money, I would recommend spending extra on the beach view room. The WIFI was appalling in our room, of course we are on an island however the WIFI worked fine on the ground floor and the mobile service was perfect outside, the problem seemed to be on the 3rd floor where we stayed and being on the hill view side did not help. Thankfully the staff were very helpful and did send someone to come and reset the WIFI to make it work at times but we had to ask almost every night. Apart from that the stay was good overall and the breakfast was really good too. The transfer to the hotel from the mainland was easy cost 70 RM each way and the staff assisted us along the way.

    Bilik ok bersih cuma boleh tambah baik menu brekfast. Simple sangat tak banyak pilihan. Lokasi strategik. Iron perlu disediakan di semua bilik bukan perlu diminta. Yg lain ok

    It make me very sad to write this review,since perenthian use to be a very beautiful place. The resort is fine ,does what you would expect. However I am sure you book a resort on long beach for..well..stay on a nice beach... And this is no longer the case. There is a boat every 3 meters right in front of the beach,making it very hard to enjoy swimming...strong smell of gasoline as a consequence..and even if water still looks clean, is inevitable polluted by boats with engine... On top of that the entire beach is way too packed with resort and bars ..leaving very little space to actually walk on the beach... Consequence of unregulated behavior...I can't recommend anyone who truly love beach to stay in any resort on long beach...
