1)Everything okey but advise the manager that the customers are Masters and the negative out look has to be changed in profession which help him in life also.

Basic breakfast provided but we expected and recommended kerala cuisine to explore the food like appam, puttu, kadala curry , ( we are from tamil nadu)
Room ambience and extra bed mattress .. Mattress are very old and stinky and hot water issue and water bottle not re- filled asking for again.
