Clean, comfortable, hosts were very gracious

This is a beautiful property up in the hills, a stones thow away from all the hustle and bustle of Amalfi, The hosts are incredible, very friendly and hospitable, nothing was too much for them.

In the most beautiful location away from the crowds. So friendly, welcoming and helpful. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend.

Three of us stayed at the Fior d'Arancio apartment for 10 days in April. Situated in the upper part of Amalfi your steps are rewarded with lemon groves, nature, peace and dramatic views. The hosts Luana and Pasquale were helpful and friendly throughout, from picking up our luggage to making sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. The apartment is situated at the start of Valle dei Mulini / Valle delle Ferriere, so if you like hiking and exploring it makes for a good base. It is also away from the centre / crowds and feels more authentic. The apartment is very clean and well equipped with everything you need for a longer stay. Breakfast on the terrace is included with the likes of cereal, yogurt, pastries, homemade cake and good coffee! The region is stunning with gorgeous scenery everywhere you look, that combined with the food and culture makes it a very popular destination - mostly with tourists visiting by boat. I would happily recommend Fior d'Arancio, the only set back would be if you have mobility issues it wouldn’t be suitable due to the hill and all the steps - car access is not possible.
