About this house rental
Kea, also known as Tzia, is one of the closest islands to Athens. There are three to four ferry boats going to and from the island every day. There are few hotels on the island so mainly private houses are rented out in the summer months.
This villa is in a small complex of 5 houses, each one completely independent and private. The "Spacious Modern Kastellakia House" is only 2 to 3 minutes by car from Koundouros, with its sandy beaches, water sports, restaurants and 2 beach bars. Below the villa, 2 minutes at the most by car, is another small sandy beach, ideal if you want a bit of peace and quiet.
The villa has been beautifully decorated and gives one a feeling of peace and tranquility. The property is on two levels and consists of a living room with a fireplace a large dining area with a table for 8 people and a fully equipped open-plan kitchen. On this ground level there is also a large master bedroom, which leads on to the terrace and an en-suite bathroom. Connected to the master bedroom ( without a window) is a small bedroom with 2 single beds, ideal for a child or young adult, with a bathroom.
On the first floor there is a second large bedroom with a double bed, a third bedroom with a small double bed (1.40) and bathroom with a shower.
Outside, the villa has a large terrace with a BBQ and shaded dining area for 8 people, a built-in sofa area with a pergola from where one can sit and enjoy the sea and sunset views, as well as ample space to lay back and relax on the sunbeds and chaise lounge.
The villa will be de-sanitized, including the air-conditioning units before guests arrive and after their departure.

La villa, tout à fait conforme à la description, est très bien tenue, spacieuse et décorée avec goût. La vue est imprenable mais les plages, bien que proches ne sont accessibles qu’en voiture.
