IMMACULATELY PRESENTED REFURBISHED 3 BEDROOM 2 BATHROOM POOLSIDE HOUSE WITH FREE FIBRE OPTICAL INTERNET, FULL SKY TV PACKAGE WITH ALL SPORTS AND FILM CHANNELS AND CATCH UP, ‘furnished to a very high standard’, 'home from home' and 'most stylish house on the complex' are some of the comments being mentioned locally. Spacious lounge with two new large sofas giving adequate seating for 6 adults, 49” television and tv cabinet with full sky tv package with all sports and film channels and catch up, remote controlled very quiet ceiling fan, patio doors leading out on to the huge sun drenched poolside terrace with table and seating for 6 people with parasol, sun loungers and clothes dryer. Hallway with full height built in wardrobes. Downstairs refurbished and extended bathroom with large shower enclosure, vanity unit with light up mirror above and toilet (photos show old bathroom and do not do it justice, (walk through video available). Fully fitted kitchen with fridge, oven, hob and microwave, kitchen table and chairs and door into the utility with washer, chest freezer and boiler. Beautiful wide marble staircase from the hallway leading up to the luxury master bedroom with king size bed, very quiet remote controlled ceiling fan, full height built in double wardrobe, ‘funky’ new bedroom furniture including, bedside cabinets, drawers with mirror over and patio doors leading onto the balcony with beautiful views of the palm tree lined pool area, table and chairs, perfect for that night cap or early morning coffee. This is a stunning ‘art deco’ complex (supposedly the top complex in Caleta de Fuste) surrounding a beautiful palm tree lined pool complex and with a paddle tennis court for the energetic. Ideally situated on the edge of the town and only a short stroll from restaurants and bars and all on the flat.

Excellent choice of restaurants, bars and live entertainments, lots of children’s play areas close by in the town which is only a short stroll away and just beyond, the beautiful promenade and newly extended horse shoe golden sandy beach with numerous sun loungers and parasols. The trendy Marina with its choice of bars and restaurants is a very lively area where you can sip a cocktail in the beautiful elevated Marina bar 'El Faro' with a 180 degree view over the sea or visit the harbour where the kids can feed the fish or swim with a seal and many other attractions including jet skis, pedalos and the newest sport of flyboarding, Why not treat the kids and book a trip on the Obycat to go view the abundance of sealife in these waters or book a trip to go deep sea fishing for that 'big' one, or try out scuba diving or wind surfing. There is a water obstacle course which the kids will love
Caleta de Fuste harbour and marina is a haven for many activities and provides holiday makers with a wide choice of experiences.
There are two excellent 18 hole golf courses both offering driving ranges, putting greens, pro shops and of course a 19th hole. One being Fuerteventura Golf and the other being Salinas Golf.
Take a steady stroll along the promenade passing through the marina and harbour to the Atlantico centre which houses a cinema, bowling alley, shops, restaurants and a large Euro Spar supermarket, why not stop off along the way at the bar in the sea for a nice chilled beer. The casino in Caleta de Fuste can be found in the Elba Carlota hotel.
There are two local supermarkets close by in the town and a further two larger supermarkets a little further away. All this just 10 minutes and 15€ taxi ride from the airport. There is an excellent bus service from just outside the arrivals terminal at the airport to the brand new bus station in the resort and is only two minutes walk from the 'Gaudia' complex and costs 1€ 45c.

Clean, spacious property filled with everything you could need for your stay. Great location in complex and near to restaurants and stroll to the beautiful beach. Communication with owner and management team on site was very good. Any questions answered straight away. We had a lovely relaxing holiday and will be back next year

We have just spent a fantastic week at Grahams house on Gaudia.
Graham arranged for Jodi and Alastair to meet us at the apartment when we arrived. They showed is where things were and how things worked.
The apartment was spotlessly clean, we were provided with everything we needed. The welcome pack was a nice touch to start us off on our holiday.
The apartment had a large terrace that over looked the pool with a good sized garden table perfect for eating out doors.
The communal pool was a good size, there were plenty of sun beds and the pool was very clean.
The apartment was close to shops and restaurants and 15 min stroll from the beach.
We would highly recommend staying here.
