Only 4 houses (3 minute walk)separate this beautifully furnished, well appointed, year round vacation home from the beach in Ocean City. With 3 well decorated bedrooms and 2 baths, this home can accommodate 8 adults quite comfortably!

We are located on the south end of the island, at 51st and West Ave. A family oriented, lifeguard attended beach.

Great 3-bed, 2-bath. Nice layout and two decks. Two short blocks to the beach. Very good communication with the owner. Rooms are a bit small, but we had 8 ppl, no issues. Everything worked well, and were very happy with our stay.

This is a fabulous place to stay for a vacation at the shore! When we were trying to decide which end of OC we wanted to stay, the pictures of this rental are what helped us make our decision, and we were not disappointed. Not only is the house clean and comfortable with new furnishings, the location could not have been better. It is a short walk to the beach access and this end of OC is divine. The beaches are wider than up towards the boardwalk and way less crowded. We loved it! Tom is also a great host. Very responsive to messages and helpful. Thank you from our family for a great week at the shore!

Property was clean, but very close quarters for four people, can't imagine staying with more. Kitchen is small and set up poorly. Walking space in the master bedroom was very tight - i have bruises to prove it, and both bathrooms are tiny - we all showered outside because of that. For such limited space, there was an abundance of unnecessary decorative items on every surface. Not a bad place but not recommended for 4 adults.
