About this apartment rental
Located in the Saint Ferdinand district, close to the Arcachon Marina, beautiful T4 duplex apartment, approximately 85 m², on the second and last floor of a residence with elevator.
For ease of parking, you have access to private and secure parking.
An entrance with cupboard. Its living room with TV and WIFI opening onto a small balcony where you can enjoy outdoor meals with family or friends.
A fully equipped kitchen with hob, oven, dishwasher, washing machine, fridge/freezer and microwave.
A first bedroom with a 160 cm bed offering you a bed for two people with its bathroom. And a separate toilet with hand basin.
Upstairs, a second bedroom with a 140 bed also for two people and cupboard. A bathroom with WC. And a last bedroom with two 80 cm beds.
You are a few minutes walk from all amenities: bakery-pastry shop, butcher, fishmonger, bar-tobacco-press, mini-market, pharmacy, boat rental, water skiing, jet-skiing... and of course all the restaurants seafood from the Aiguillon district for gourmets.
Close to the port you can take advantage of the cycle paths for your bike rides…

La localisation du logement est très bien car un peu en dehors du centre tout en étant à côté donc c’est calme et accessible.
L’appartement est vraiment très bien : propre, grand, fonctionnel et tout le confort ainsi que joliment décoré.
La résidence est très calme et sécurisée. La place de parking en sous sol est un atout non négligeable pour la quiétude.

Appartement spacieux et lumineux. Meublé et équipé haut de gamme. Ustensiles de cuisine et vaisselle parfaits pour cuisiner et pâtisser. Agréable balcon s'il fait beau. Résidence très calme. Proche des très bons commerces du quartier de l'Aiguillon

Très belle découverte : Appart familial adapté et confortable où chacun a ses aises ! Bien situé proche de la plage et des commerces de St Ferdinand.
