Old cottage of charm located in a small hamlet isolated on a hillside, originally built in 1773 in the picturesque valley of the Nure.
Located at "Dosso di Costabiancona", "Butte du Blanc-Côte" near by Farini (Piacenza) 10 min. by car, through beautiful views of the valley, the woods and the river.
Rustic and peaceful with walks in the woods and on the hills, suitable for all levels. Fresh air, silence. panoramic view, starry sky, incredible night.
It has 2 bedrooms upstairs including one with double bed (queen size), one with 2 single beds. Dining room, living room, small kitchen and shower room with toilet. Towels and sheets are provided. Heating is provided by a pellet stove.
Small kitchen with refrigerator, gas stove. Everything you need for a relaxing holiday or active trekking / cycling holiday.
The Nure River is only a few minutes drive away.
The house is 700 meters above sea level with a beautiful view of the hills and the valley.
Piacenza is 45 minutes drive away, Cinque Terre (World Heritage) is about 3.5 hours drive and the beautiful town of Parma, famous for its Parma ham, parmesan and fantastic wines, is 2.5 hours.

"A lovely house in a very small hamlet above the Nure-valley.
We enjoyed our stay very much, exploring the Nure- and Trebbia valleys, visiting Piacenza, no tourists at all!
