Just a short walk away from the bay, this 3 bedroom/3 bathroom home sleeps up to 8 people and comes with its own private roof deck.

The large staircase leads up to the second floor and the large Master bedroom suite which is light and spacious and comes with a King sized bed, 42" flat screen TV, a fireplace as well as a stunning en-suite bathroom fitted a large walk in shower, a separate tub and twin sinks. The second bedroom comes with a Queen sized bed and large closet space. The third bedroom has two single beds. A second bathroom separates the 2nd and 3rd bedroom. Washer and dryer are also housed on this floor.
The next staircase leads to the 3rd floor and its lounge, bathroom and private roof deck The lounge area has a double sofa bed, a huge flat screen TV, a kitchenette area with wine cooler refrigerator, a 1/2 bathroom and the 350 sqft patio area with its comfortable sofas, dining table, gas BBQ and views across the bay. Here you can relax, cook and enjoy a glass of wine whilst enjoying the sunset.
