Two bedroom villa re-decorated in 2018 with private pool, barbecue and great views of the sea and the Island of Fuerteventura.
It has en suite bathroom in the master bedroom, a double bedroom, toilet, living room, kitchen and a large laundry room with washing machine and dishwasher. It also has private parking for two cars.
The villa has the necessary utensils and towels for the days of the guests' stay, as well as a welcome set.

Lovely deceptive villa size wise, no hair dryer or a fan for a bedroom but once a call was put out to elena - all resolved.
The villa was clean and the pool was a nice refreshing addition. 1 master suite with en-suite twin beds with access to another bathroom.
Very close to the promenade for a nice walk into town. Weather was great especially on costa dorado beach 4 euros per bed and 4 euros for beach umbrella.
This residential area is made up of vacation properties 50% and 50% expats , definately worth renting.
Summary, clean, good location, nice pool just missing Netflix / English channels for nigh time to viewing.

The villa itself was lovely clean and spacious and we really enjoyed our stay. It was however lacking a few essential items such as a safety deposit box, bbq tools and a few essential kitchen items that all other villas we have stayed in have had. The villa is situated quite a way out from the main centre but there are some bars and supermarkets close by. It is about an hour's walk into the centre along the beach front but taxis are readily available and are only a few euros in to town. A welcome pack with information in for guests of what is in the local area may be useful because of its location for anyone visiting Playa Blanca for the first time as it is away from the main town.
