Não tem recepção, não tem uma pessoa PRESENTE que responda pela acomodação. Faltou água na acomodação e a pessoa que se diz responsável em nenhum momento tranquilizou os hóspedes, ou pediu água para que nós utilizássemos os banheiros. Ficou uma situação deplorável. As camas são desconfortáveis. Os outros hostels que já fiquei em POA são bem melhores. Não pretendo voltar.
