A localização é boa para quem quer aproveitar o centro histórico. O quarto é simples mas tem o básico necessário. Chuveiro bom, cama boa. Poderia ter um cobertor a mais para noites frias. Café é chá disponíveis no hall. Café da manhã como cortesia, honesto. Deixei minha mala gratuitamente após fazer o check out. Voltaria.

Os atendentes são muito gentis e atenciosos, mas o hotel está cada vez mais descuidado e oferece muito pouco conforto. O banho é bom e a localização também, mas o hotel precisa de reforma, investimento e cuidado, O centro histórico de Porto alegre precisa de um hotel que pode ser simples, mas minimamente confortável. A diária nem é tão barata assim para o pouco que o hotel oferece.
O hotel está cada vez mais descuidado e muito desconfortável.
