Come and taste the padded atmosphere of a BBC standard ecological wooden house with heat pump heating system (heating and air conditioning possible).
Obviously solar hot water and heat pump. Heated pool from April 1 to October 31.
It is a luxurious new villa of 120 m2 with 4 bedrooms which all overlook picture windows and panoramic terraces, it is equipped with 2 bathrooms and 3 WCs and can accommodate up to 2 families or 4 couples. A parental suite and 3 bedrooms upstairs. Three bedrooms with a double bed and one bedroom with three single beds.
The decoration is varied and the swimming pool 6m * 3m * 1. 50m (swimming against the current). To the delight of young and old, a jacuzzi is available. Parking provided for cars.
Possibility to sleep on a sofa bed in the living room for two people.
Equipment: WI-FI, Television, DVD player, Oven, Filter coffee machine, Microwave, American fridge ...

Animals are accepted but they are your responsibility, in case of damage you will have to bear the consequences.
It is strictly forbidden to jump from the top terrace into the pool. I decline all responsibility in the event of an accident.

La situation géographique de cette maison en fait un lieu idéal pour rayonner sur le sud-est de la Corse : Porto-vecchio , Bavella, Cavu et ses piscines naturelles et Bonifacio.
Le vrai plus est son jacuzzi : bien appréciable après une bonne rando le soir en octobre où l'air est plus frais.
Seul hic, la piscine chauffée qui n'a fonctionné que les 2 derniers jours de notre séjour.
Maison spacieuse.
De plus, contact avec la propriétaire très facile. Je recommande.
