4* architect's villa, contemporary, air-conditioned with heated swimming pool

We enjoyed our stay at the villa. plenty of outdoor furniture.On the day of check in we were told the villa would not be available until 5pm, but it turned out it was ready by 4pm.The villa was well equipped with china, glasses and cutlery but the saucepans and frying pans were in a very poor condition, as were the chopping boards.These would be easy to replace.

we stayed a week in this fantastic house equipped with every comfort and close to many beaches, I highly recommend it.

We were a group of 9, and we had a nice week in this house July 2017. Its pretty much as the picture says, but somehow a bit more "worn". We had a nice dialog with the owner ahead of your stay, who nicely provided all the information we needed. We were contacted a day before our arrival to determine our arrival time. The information received ahead gave a good description of how to get there. We were shown the house by a nice man. The rooms were nice, and all airconditioned. Big windows with blinds in all bedrooms. Very nice. The kithcen appears modern, and has a coffemachine! Big plus. The outside was also nice, with sunbeds in different areas, also in the shade. It was a shower by the pool and a separate toilet and shower to use when outside, at the back of the house. Very nice and practical.The neighbourhood seemed nice and safe. So, all inn all a nice place, but there are reasons why it only gets 3 strong stars from us. These are the reasons for our evaluation; 1. Towels. Only one towel per person, and they smelled old and funny. Had to wash them before use. No small hand towels or beach towels. We had to buy beach towels. We left two of them. 2. Toilet/bathrooms. There were no handwash in either of the two indoor toilets. To wash your hands, you had to visit the bathroom afterwords. (I would also advise the owner to leave a couple of rolls of toiletpaper for the next guests(we did). We forgot to buy toilet paper at our first shopping, and there were less than halv a roll left from the last guests). 3. Kitchen. The stove only works in "grill" position. Be aware when cooking. The cutlery and dishes are very worn and some with small damages. The knives are a disaster. I would advise the owner to invest in some new "kitchen-stuff". It would also be nice to have a cloth. We left two. 4. Insects. There are lots of ants outside, be aware of food falling to the ground when eating outside. At nights there are a lot of mosquitos. The ants also got into one of the bedrooms (bunkbed). 5. Outside. We would have liked cushions for the sunbeds. Especially the wooden ones. The pool was not cleaned while we were there. The beanbag was broken. The lawn/grass was plastic. The gate to the property was out of order and did not close. 6. Bedrooms. Need new pillows. 7. Clean up some messy cabinets (e.ex. laundry room, bunkbed bedroom, kitchen). There are small upgrades that needs to be done, that will make a huge difference. Good luck :)
