Die Wohnung war ruhig und mit dem notwendigsten ausgestattet. Überzeugen konnte hier am ehesten die günstige Lage und die Ruhe!
Die Wohnung könnte aber eine Grundrenovierung vertragen; viele Möbel, Geräte und die Installationen sind sicherlich 30-40 Jahre alt und nur noch funktional. Das Bett beispielsweise knarrt erbärmlich und ist zu hart; funzelige Beleuchtung, etc. Auch das Wespennest oberhalb der Schlafraumfenster lässt auf eher oberflächliche Objektpflege schließen.
Sehr positiv: Der Vermieter war super erreichbar und kümmerte sich um unsere Anliegen.
