Loved the house but disappointed about the tub

I loved the location and the house was beautiful.

There was a few little things that needed some attention, but the biggest complaint was the Jets in the master bath did not work and they were aware of it but had not stated it in the listing.

Nice place, poorly managed and theft!

The property was in a great location

My jewellery was stolen from the property and the manager did not care. First didn’t get back to me, when I pressed they said it wasn’t them (within 40 mins) so clearly no investigation was done. The cleaners did not have the property clean on arrival and after an already late check in at 4pm, or group with 3 elderly individuals had to wait for the rooms to be finished (over an hour). The cleaner was still in the house with our luggage. They also did not leave enough towels and the towels and sheets were left wet. We had to put them in the dryer before use. They re-entered the property to drop off more towels without our permission (it was our understanding that they would leave them outside). Between those two unsupervised incidents, my jewellery was taken. This was evident bc the travel case had a zip that was clearly zipped up and all pieces of value were gone. They did not take this incident seriously. It was reported to the Savannah police.

Wonderful, would stay here again!

Townhome was beautiful. Super clean, quiet street, felt very safe. Loved the courtyard, was nice to sit out there and drink coffee in the morning or wine in the evening. This is a 3 story townhome with primary on the 3rd floor. Two other bedrooms on the 2nd floor. Walking distance to everything.

We had a wonderful experience!

Beautiful home with plenty of room for near the same as we would have paid for a non-suite hotel room. Location close to everything. Reservation, payment, checkin/checkout processes were uncomplicated and well communicated.

Some areas of the home had heavy dirt/dust (ie, window sills and shades, wall corners) but overall clean. Lack of a pod coffee machine, water and ice maker in fridge (but appreciate the ice trays and size of the fridge!). These are not deal breakers by any means and would stay here again when in Savannah but just wanted you to know our wishlist/preferences. 😊

Was a very nice property at one time but hasn’t been taken care of. Furnishings were worn & rugs dirty. Nothing furnished to make you feel welcome, not even toilet paper which we had to ask for. A lot of steps but we were aware of that. The bedclothes & towels were all mix & match.

Good quiet location. Large house, plenty of privacy.

It could be kept a bit cleaner. The rug in the living room is stained and dirty, should be replace or removed. A black pair of socks were left behind the front door by either the cleaning crew or the previous guest. It could use a good dusting, especially the plant in the 3rd floor bedroom. Possibility the cleaning crew is not up to par.

Very nice, located near the historic area in Savannah. Clean and comfy. Equipped with everything

This house has everything you need for short or long stay with your family with 3 bed/3 bath. Master bath at 3rd floor has huge bathtub with a TV, so was real nice. All 4 TVs all have access to Netflix! Kitchen has everything you need. Location is not a walking distance so get ready to walk or drive around unless you like walking. Finding a parking space at the downtown is somewhat challenging during the weekend but you can prob. find one.

Minor things like too many stairs, a little farther than a walking distance to the river, washing machine can use some cleaning.

Great location, 3 flights with the top floor bedroom and bath being he best

Location was great…we had 2 cars so one provided spot and the street parking cost $12 for a full day which was great…the living/dining area was great for our group to congregate and the kitchen was spacious. Loved having a washer/dryer which was a surprise.

Really wish there would be twin beds instead of dbl/queens as we had several girlfriends on this trip……pillows were not comfortable and i had read that there were 3 bathrooms when in reality one was only a half bath, which was not clear in the booking information.

We were initially very pleased with this beautiful, spacious property. We Enjoyed being able to walk to dinner and do so

Location perfect for walking around historic Savannah. Beautiful woodwork. Large bathrooms. Quiet. Free parking. Courtyard with outdoor table and chairs. Ceiling fans. Large dining table. Full-size washer and dryer with detergent available. A/C worked good in near 100 degree heat.

Shower heads had black mold on them. No extra blankets or bed pillows provided. No games, cards, puzzles provided.

Very poor

I would not use Luxury to describe this property. It was dirty and worn. The furnishings were uncomfortable. Dinning room table and chairs are difficult to sit in. Pillows on bed are worn out and need to be replaced. Walls and baseboards are dirty and have holes in them. Sidewalk outside is crumbled and an accident hazard. There is not comfortable seating in the living room. Over all this property needs a deep cleaning, new paint and new comfortable furnishings to be considered luxury. I would not recommend this property.

Superb

Very spacious and comfortable, more or less modern/ updated townhouse. Great location within the historic district that was centrally located anywhere we wanted to go. We really enjoyed the home!

Minor things only- The bathroom supplies. We thought at this price point would have provided body wash and/or bar of soap in all bathrooms as well as some sort of smaller bottle dispenser than the giant jugs of conditioning shampoo that were present. Also, the sleeping pillows need to be updated as the majority of them were quite flat and non supportive of your neck. As it was colder weather than expected, a few blankets or throws would have been appreciated..

It was good. I would recommend the facility and location but just wish it felt ready for us!

Location was good. Very spacious. Bedrooms were all good sized.

We felt it was not ready for us. There were no towels out in any of the bathrooms and we had to search high and low to find them. There were sheet sets just sitting on the couch which led us to believe our beds were not clean but we slept in them anyway. There was no shower curtain liner in one of the bathrooms so the water was spilling out through the moldy fabric curtain. There was a used wash cloth in the master bathroom which was a little unsettling again that the property was not cleaned prior to our arrival. We were only there for one night so we made the best of it. Had our stay been longer we would have definitely contacted the property management.
