Great location for a family vacation! The property was clean, quiet, and well-maintained. It’s conveniently located close to the city, shops, and the airport, with plenty of great coffee shops and restaurants nearby.
The staff were friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout our stay. We would happily stay here again.
The only minor drawbacks for me were the second-floor access and the limited garage space. However, these are personal preferences, and overall we had a great stay.

The accommodation was very presentable, clean, comfortable and well equipped. Within walking distance of the railway line and the local hotel. Wineries just a short drive away.
Considering our length of stay, we were not provided with additional towels and housekeeping. There were no tissues and the toilet paper was a bit rough! We also did not like the process involved in providing identification.

Location. Nice walk into Bassendean. Well equipped kitchen. Hot showers. Very clean
For first week internet was very unreliable, we reported to Guest Pro (agent) and think vodaphone fixed it remotely as good in second week. We had an issue with the key lock box but assume they will resolve that for future guests.

Location of the property was very convenient
House was clean and welcoming
Bathroom and accessories were great
Pantry had some useful items which suits a young family
Balcony was great too
TV was not great, the Netflix would drop off or the free to air channels would freeze frequently to make viewing annoying
No paper towels or tissues
Car parking was cumbersome
