Modern Dayton Retreat near Swan Valley Perth Airport & Perth CBD

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ We had an amazing stay at this beautiful property. The house was spotless and maintained in tip-top condition. Everything was exceptionally clean, comfortable, and made us feel at home from the moment we arrived. The host was outstanding, always checking in to make sure we were okay and if we needed anything. Their kindness, warmth, and hospitality made our stay even more enjoyable. One feature we really appreciated was that both bathrooms came with bidets, which was a huge plus for us. The house also had heaters, making it warm and cozy during the colder weather. The unit was fully equipped with everything we needed, including pots, pans, a dishwasher, a washing machine, and a dryer, making it perfect for families or longer stays. It also has two TVs, including a separate TV in the kids’ play area, which was a great bonus for our family. The neighbourhood was quiet, peaceful, and very safe. The neighbours were friendly, and there was no noise at all, allowing us to relax completely. The location is excellent, with easy access to the Swan River, South Perth Foreshore, Sir James Mitchell Park, the iconic Blue Boat House, Kings Park, Elizabeth Quay, and Perth CBD - all just a short drive away. Overall, this is one of the best accommodation experiences we’ve had. We highly recommend this property and would definitely stay here again when visiting Perth!

There was nothing not to like about this property. Everything was great!

Decent place in a good location for the price

The ad stated there you could enjoy a hot tub in the garden, I even mentioned looking forward to it in a conversation with the owner, and once we arrived there was in fact not a hot tub. There was also no coffee. Pretty minor, but still not ideal. Had to search for cutlery beyond four places settings, when he knew there were 7 people coming. Also had to make a plug for the bathtub in order to use that. 🤦‍♂️
