O facto de ter garagem é bom. Tem a piscina disponível que é ótima. Tem tudo para cozinhar.
Ao subir dos pisos de garagem por escada, pois o elevador está desativado, não tem luz suficiente. O primeiro lanço de escadas a descer nos dois pisos não têm luz o que é um perigo... No WC estava um mau cheiro de esgoto quando ligámos a máquina roupa para lavar duas capas da almofada antes de usar... Não tinha disponíveis as toalhas para os miúdos. O sofá-cama é fraco e esta sujo do uso. O tampo do lavatório está solto grelha de respiro não está no sitio.
