Other essential rules:
- For stays of 28 days or more, water, electricity and gas expenses are not included and will be charged to guests.
- Any intermediate cleaning necessary or requested for stays between 8 and 28 days will have the same cost as the advertised final cleaning
- For stays longer than 28 days, the law does not require any intermediate cleaning, but a monthly cleaning will be mandatory using our service providers and will have the same cost as the final cleaning.
- Pets, only if permitted, with guests being responsible for complying with the rules in accordance with existing community regulations.
