With approximately 220m², the house benefits from excellent natural light, spacious outdoor areas and all the amenities for a comfortable and relaxing stay. It has 3 suites, a guest toilet, fully equipped kitchen, living room and direct access to the outside.
On the ground floor there is a pleasant private outdoor area with a terrace of approximately 20m² and a grassed area of approximately 100m², ideal for outdoor meals or leisure time with family. The intermediate floor has a balcony of 7m², whilst the third floor offers a fantastic terrace of 30m² with sea views, perfect for relaxing at the end of the day.
The master suite features a king-size bed and an en-suite bathroom with shower. The second suite offers two single beds and a bathroom with shower, and the third suite has a double bed and an en-suite bathroom with shower. The house's layout makes it ideal for families or groups of friends seeking comfort and privacy.
For greater convenience, the property has private outdoor parking for 2 vehicles and a wallbox for free charging of electric cars, available to guests.
The location allows you to enjoy the best of the region: deserted beaches and beach clubs, golf and tennis courses, cycling trips, hiking, restaurants at Tróia Marina, Comporta and Carvalhal, as well as shops and cafés within a few minutes' distance.
Access can be made via the A2 through Alcácer do Sal–Comporta–Tróia or by ferry or catamaran from Setúbal. There is also a bicycle rental service in the area, although the car is the most practical option for exploring the entire region with greater comfort and flexibility.
We adapt the stay experience to guests' preferences, from autonomous check-in with greater privacy to personalised support throughout the stay. Additional services are available such as cleaning, transfers, babysitting, private chef and experience organisation.

For stays between 8 and 28 days, any requested intermediate cleaning will have the same cost as the final cleaning. For stays longer than 28 days, a monthly cleaning carried out by our service providers will be mandatory.
In reserves equal to or greater than 28 days, water, electricity and gas consumption are not included.
Pets are not allowed.
