The hot water didn’t work properly, I had to finished to wash my hair with cold water. The air conditioner only worked to cold the room

price, the location is ok.
if I have to do that again, I’ll stay closer to ortigia. there’s not a lot of good restaurants at night time near our hotel. and the stuff doesn’t speak English at all. please be clarify how is the payment before you book. and internet is not very strong
