Breakfast on the balcony was fantastic. Good choices of cooked eggs, croissants, cold meats, juices etc..friendly staff and amazing views of the sea from our balcony. Ravello is beautiful to visit.

The trek up the stairs... very steep to the town centre... take the road to get there its uphill but not as bad as the steep stairs. We did both. Wasnt a great fan of the shower room/toilet with the glass but we managed.

Everything about this hotel was brilliant. The views were unbeatable. After traveling around Italy for two weeks, this was the perfect place to finish our holiday. The staff were always so friendly and helpful. You could order as much or as little for breakfast as you like, and we had the option to eat it outside reception on the terrace or take it to our room. The quality was great. We even received a gift from Jennifer at the hotel when we checked out. I couldn’t recommend this hotel enough.

Sometimes people/vehicles were a little noisy from the road, but this was rare.

I had written beforehand explaining that we were there for my 50th birthday, so it would have been nice with a “Happy Birthday” or on a card in the room. We had booked the Area Relax for 6pm, but when we came there in our bathing clothes it was locked and closed. It had to be heated up for half an hour, so we had to wait and ended up being late for our dinner. I had then booked the breakfast to be served on our terrace, but despite reminding the staff in the morning, it was still served in the restaurant. Little things like that matter, and would have been easy for you to fix. We were there in March, and the outdoor pool was empty. It would have been good to know also.
