Lovely location/views. Room was very clean and happy with the facilities! We had a transfer to the local restaurant which we'd recommend to other guests.

Jennifer was very friendly and welcoming! Nice and clean, with great views. I was going to give 10/10, but I was disappointed with the below…
I had written beforehand explaining that we were there for my 50th birthday, so it would have been nice with a “Happy Birthday” or on a card in the room.
We had booked the Area Relax for 6pm, but when we came there in our bathing clothes it was locked and closed. It had to be heated up for half an hour, so we had to wait and ended up being late for our dinner.
I had then booked the breakfast to be served on our terrace, but despite reminding the staff in the morning, it was still served in the restaurant.
Little things like that matter, and would have been easy for you to fix.
We were there in March, and the outdoor pool was empty. It would have been good to know also.
