Great location, great rooms, but the most important thing - Abbas the host is friendly, has a huge heart and will always take care of everything needed with a smile

Abbas was a very kind host that offered us food and chai at various occasions. Moreover, he suggested and organized a lovely visit to a local performance show. The facilities were also very clean. Given the price, this homestay is a true gem.

We loved how kind and helpful our hosts were. We loved the monkeys that visited us twice a day too. Our room was large and very clean. The location was great, a 5 minute walk to the centre and 20mins to the government booking office for the Park trips. The host offers free rides to the spice gardens...no need to pay the tuc tuc drivers 200rps!
We loved it all. There was hot water, good WiFi, a meal cooked us on arrival...give plenty of warning for them to get this ready for you.

The location is good, as we arrived by bus and the main bus stand is just around the corner. The room was fine, although no top sheet so we just had a pink fluffy blanket, so it felt quite unclean to sleep with, even it were clean! We had to ask for a bin upstairs. The host is very accommodating, and very friendly.
No drinking water, just a random upturned water filter, a bit odd. Everything needs a lick of paint, the fridge for guests should be thoroughly cleaned or removed and the mystery man who keeps using the kettle to make dinner, must be found!
