Seaview Benagil Villa 15

Located in a quiet collection of properties close to the sea and a sandy beach. Lovely, good size pool in gated area. We arrived early and were able to collect the keys before our arrival time, which was greatly appreciated. Team in the office were very friendly. Great size roof terrace but let down by there not being enough chairs for the plastic dining table up there and the chairs that were there were broken through exposure to the sun. The kitchen was well equipped with some dishwasher and laundry tablets left for us. Nice front garden area with outside seating and safe with a gate if you are traveling with children. Good instruction booklet for the area, wifi, restaurants and appliances in the house.

The house is very tired and there are lots of pen/scuff marks up the walls. The house could do with a tidy up and new outdoor furniture provided. Disappointed when we are expected to make use of pre-opened / out of date foodstuffs left in the cupboard. The third bedroom is very small with no air conditioning so if you want to be cool you have to leave the door open to the main living room and lose your privacy. Price wise, we paid an additional £500 for this extra room over a similar two bed on the same complex and the bed was exceptionally uncomfortable. The local beach has a continuous stream of kayak rental boats so it's not pretty or relaxing to be on. The bars and restaurants are vastly over priced. We paid 15 euros for 2 large lagers, but if you go a mile down the road you will pay 6 euros.

The location is perfect, with walking passages to two nearby beaches. The house is beautiful and clean The facilities are complete. Not every holiday house comes with washing machine. Swimming pool is close and very good! Nearby restaurant open till 2200 and can takeaway . A very good backup plan for food, especially first night.

The road to the Villa is a bit poor There're no insect screens in the house, if you open the door, small flying insects even bumblebees can fly into the house.

The house was bigger than we expected . It had lots of options for eating outside and the views of the sea were supperb from the balcony and the roof. The house was very well equiped with lots of cutlery a dishwasher a washing machine and babecue facilities. The Living room was very comfortable and tastefully furnished. There were 2 good beaches either side of the property. The property also benefits from the use of a nice good size swimming pool, which while we were there was never busy

No one met us on arrival . No visitor information in the house. The kitchen was small and a little dated

Rooftop sunbathing, close access to pool and beach, lots of restaurants to choose from. Air con in every living space! Three bathrooms and a well equipped kitchen.
