About this apartment rental
Holiday on the beach. Spend your holiday in the apartment "pier" in the holiday home Baltic Sea directly on the beautiful beach - only about 30 meters to the sandy beach!
All rooms (except bathroom) of this exceptional apartment have an uninterrupted view of the sea; A small balcony with a view of the Baltic Sea invites for breakfast in the sun. The apartment consists of a bedroom with a double bed, a living and dining room with sofa and dining table and a fully equipped and modern kitchen (no kitchenette!) As well as a bathroom (with shower) and a hallway.
The decor is at the latest level (TV, stereo) and also satisfies higher demands. The apartment is on the 2nd floor. Floor of a quiet house with several apartments and is accessible by a lift. In the cellar there is a sauna with a relaxation room (for the guests useable). The apartment includes 2 bicycles, with which extended biking on the beach to Laboe or Kiel can be undertaken.
There is no Wi-Fi in the apartment.
The apartment is a pure non-smoking apartment and not suitable for pets! There are two people (plus one child up to 6 years) enough space in this wonderful holiday.
A free parking lot is located in the immediate vicinity and is available exclusively for you.

In the period from 19.07. - 21. 07. 2019 and 09. 08. - 12. 08. 2019 will take place on the beach, in front of the apartment, the "Seebrückenfest" or the "Baltic Beach Festival". This causes considerable noise disturbances during the evenings and partly also at night.

Schön gelegen, direkt neben der Seebrücke. Vom Sofa aus auf die Ostsee schauen, das ist schon eine feine Sache! Für den kleinen, sehr einladend wirkenden Balkon war es leider noch zu kalt. Was die Einrichtung angeht: alles bestens und vollständig. Hochwertige Küchengeräte. Geschirr usw. alles vorhanden. Zum netten Vermieter hatten wir einen guten Kontakt. Er war jederzeit ansprechbar und reagierte im Bedarfsfall sofort. Verbesserungswürdig erschien uns allenfalls die Beleuchtung im Bad, die etwas heller sein dürfte - und der immer wieder schwächelnde Internetzugang. Insgesamt aber eine wirklich großartige und unbedingt empfehlenswerte Fewo!
