Perfect location and amenities! Highly recommended!

What a wonderful find! This place was perfect for my family. It was amazingly well-equipped with everything we could possibly need.

The location is unbeatable – beach, restaurants, and an amusement park are all just steps away, which my teenage girls loved. I worked remotely and the Wi-Fi was super fast. The host was so welcoming and helpful. We absolutely recommend it!

Location close to the sea and all the boutiques and restaurants. There is even a grocery store nearby... The location was equipped with everything you need... including sun loungers and umbrellas for the beach. The air conditioning was a plus because the weather was hot. So if you want something like that and you are not picky, it is the best choice to relax. The hosts were very kind and we received all the necessary information. For us it was a 10-star stay!

Fantastic location and great value

I loved the location and the value. The owner was super friendly and incredibly responsive. You are just across the road from the beach (no direct view but so close) Below are all the restaurants and stores including an Artisanal Boulangerie supermarket and fresh fruit and veg store. The markets just below you on the weekend were great to access and wonder. This location is really the most central point you could ask for anywhere in the town. The shutter that comes down over the door / window means you have a great dark room for late morning wake ups if you like. Kitchen fully equipped and there is a mini washing machine if you need it. Port also just a 5 min walk. Access is easy, and there is a key box, which means you can go to the beach without the keys or leave it there for another guest. I stayed the French Bank Holiday end of May and the value was Brilliant, would stay here for sure if back in town. Loved having beach umbrella and mats.

Un studio super bien équipé !

Studio idéalement situé, à 50 mètres de la plage et du grand parc ! Notre hôte Frédérique nous a accueilli avec une grande gentillesse ! Son studio est très bien équipé (une plancha Tefal sur la terrasse, une petite machine à laver le linge dans les toilettes et d'autres électroménagers !) Je recommande à 100% vous pouvez y aller les yeux fermés 😑 Et surtout allez manger une pizza à la piazza.. elles sont succulentes ! (À 50 mètres aussi )

L’appartement est bien situé et très bien équipé. Il y tout ce qu’il faut pour passer des beaux séjours. La plage se trouve à 2 minutes et aussi des boulangeries, restaurants et un marché le vendredi. La propriétaire est très gentille et accueillante. Elle nous a répondue tous nos questions et était toujours joignable. On va sûrement revenir et on peut absolument recommander ce jolie appartement proche de la mer. Merci Frédérique pour le gentil accueil!!!

Coup de coeur

L'accueil chaleureux de la proprio, l'emplacement idyllique, appartement très bien équipé, le balcon, les jeux pour enfant et tous les équipements pour enfant, le parasol, le classeur avec les choses à faire et infos utiles. Nous sommes venus en mai en pleine semaine, en couple avec un petit de 2 ans et avons pu dormir au calme. Nous pensons revenir en dehors de la saison haute pour profiter du calme.

emplacement dans le centre des sablettes .la plage a 50mètres.restaurants,boulangerie,picard pas très loin même à pied.... coiffeur, pharmacie et boutiques de prêt à porter. vraiment idyllique; la propriétaire vraiment charmante....
