Amazing "could not be better" location, great appliances, about as clean as you can get for an older ski lodge type house. The number of beds you got was great for the price. Had a very cozy vibe, and the living room was the perfect size for hosting friends, playing mario kart, and watching sports. The mudroom was very nice to have to kick off dirt before going in. Accessing the unit was easy and seamless with a code. Lot's of bedding to accommodate many sleeping arrangements, and a very cozy upstairs for guests. Perfect for a small group of guests attending a wedding at Mt Hood.

Luckily it wasn't too hot the weekend we were there, and most of the time we ended up being out of the house during the day, the AC was not functioning. It's possible we might have spent more time in there if it worked. We were told a week before our stay that the AC wasn't working, but looking to be replaced. Vacasa's customer service said some form of portable/window AC would be there upon arrive, which it was not. When asking Vacasa's customer service about where the AC was that was promised and if there was any way to turn on the AC options I could see (minisplit, heat pump, central AC?), I wasted my time trying to follow basic "don't be an idiot" instructions from person who clearly had not been in this unit. The downstairs master bedroom bed was absolute trash, and is due for a replacement. It bows in the middle, so you'll love it if you like sleeping like a tortured banana. I'm so glad I brought my air mattress because if I hadn't, I would've slept better on the roof than in that bed. No vents in the bathrooms were a bit odd, or even a way to open the window in the master bedroom bathroom.

No code for inner entry key lock box provided prior to arrival, only outdoor entry code provided. Rug hadn’t been vacuumed thoroughly (snack crumbs on rug). Difficult to request late check out

This cabin was cozy and got my whole family with beds to spare. Other surrounding cabins were not too close. It felt private. Walking distance to Skibowl!!

Not enough towels, soft blankets. The heat was very hard to control. Ran a wood fire, but temp control was an issue for us.

Location, number of rooms & beds. Overall comfortable

Cost. Expensive for quality of accommodations
