Newly renovated beach house with Awesome view of the bay and stunning sunset only 2.5 blocks to the Brigantine Beach. Three nautical theme bedrooms , One bath & an Enclosed outside shower . Property can sleep up to 5 comfortably. Beach house is equipped with everything you need for a relaxing week Vacation. Including pots pans cooking utensils , cleaning supplies trash bags, Iron , sheets, beach towels, Bath towels, toiletries, lots of Closet space and organizers, grill, beach toys , beach chairs , 6 beach badges , boogie boards and bike.
There is lots to do on our beautiful island . There is a full link 18 hole golf course locate at the end of the island also a mini golf . For kids a huge playground called Shark Park and an arcade. We have fishing,boating and jet ski rentals. Public transportation is within walking distance. Beautiful beach front restaurants and bars the best being the Laguna Grill that provides live music with a beach vibe setting with delicious food for lunch or dinner. Yanni‘s café is the favorite local breakfast spot. Just a short ride over the bridge to beautiful Atlantic city casinos where you can gamble the night away, bet on sports or enjoy the exciting nightlife. Stroll along the boardwalk or take a helicopter ride. The possibilities are endless come enjoy our beautiful town.

This place is a nice little spot by the bay, great area for walking to the beach, shops, bay, and breakfast/lunch/dinner. The host answer the few minor questions we had, and the place was as advertised. Great for small children (big yard, no flights of stairs, compact seating area to keep an eye on them. Would absolutely recommend, it has everything you need!

My family has been coming to Brigantine for over 60 years. This is a great location, walkable to restaurants, shops Wawa. Very beautiful sunsets we enjoyed the porch. Nicely appointed very comfortable and clean everything you could need.

Rented this property with my husband and 3 kids along with a friend and her daughter. The location of the property is wonderful. Across the street is the bay and you get to enjoy a beautiful sunset each night. 4 blocks away on the same road is the beach. They had beach equipment already at the location to use but we had brought our own and didn’t use there’s. The house is old and small but charming. There were towels for the beach and the showers got everyone. We used the outside shower for main showers as well and that was lovely. The owner was very responsive while communicating she even let us know we could check in early.
