You have the 1st floor and grounds to yourself. Front Deck and rear patio w/ BBQ. Large driveway for ample off-street parking. A Backyard play area. Rear and front yard are landscaped. A rear patio with seating and BBQ. This unit has been completely renovated and furnished new. Brand new kitchen and appliances. A large living room and dining room space with TV. 2 Br's with TV. 2 new baths. Bedrooms are furnished new with bureau and nightstand, TV and generous closet space with light. Bose sound units w. CD player. Google assistant speaker in LR. Laundry room with Washer/Dryer and wash items including soap. An enclosed porch with CAC and TV. Close to bay also. Walking distance to Wawa and places of worship. Elks lodge, 2 blocks. Nearby restaurants. This is a quiet community which is what people like best about Brigantine.
Saturday to Saturday rental only. Beach tags and several beach chairs are provided. Small items like hand towels and toilet paper are provided. Soap, Laundry and DW detergent are provided.

Monthly rentals are preferred. Discount of 10% for monthly rental. This space allows for 6 visitors, 4 adults in the 2 bedrooms, a sleeping porch which is separate from living area and cooled. There is a sofa and a folding bed more geared to young adults or children.

The best ever! Recently renovated, attention to detail, appliances, counters, cabinets, all great. Clean as a whistle, but so many little touches like cold water in the fridge, spices in the rack, first aid kit and 6 beach tags. Please barbecue in the yard and outside areas to sit. The hosts were wonderful. Hope to be back next year!

This property exceeded any expectations!!! Clean, beautiful and has anything you may need! Feels like home away from home! One of the best locations in the island! Mike and Rita are really great hosts and very easy to communicate with! Our stay was unforgettable!Can’t wait to be back next year!
