About this house rental
Head to this Brigantine Beach rental property, just steps from the beach. This property includes 2 bedrooms, 2 newly renovated full bathrooms, and a half bathroom. The primary bedroom includes a king sized bed, two closets, and the primary bathroom with a beautiful walk-in shower. The second bedroom includes a queen sized bed, one closet, and access to a small balcony. The second full bathroom is located in the hallway right outside the second bedroom and includes the tub-shower. You will also find the washer and dryer hidden away in the upstairs hall closet.
Downstairs, you will find the large kitchen, dining area and living space. The granite countertops, Bosch appliances, Thermador range and counter seating make the kitchen completely functional for cooking and eating at home. A dining table can be found right off the kitchen for sit-down meals. In this room, you will also find the living space which includes a sectional sofa, two recliner chairs, and a TV which is equipped with Chromecast so that you can log in to your streaming applications (wifi included). The sectional sofa also includes a pull-out full/queen bed for additional sleeping space.
Take advantage of nice weather by spending time on this home's back patio. This area includes a brand new grill and outdoor dining table and chairs surrounded by gardens, shrubs and fences for some added privacy. The patio includes a small shed for the storage of your beach chairs, beach toys, etc.
Out front, there is a driveway that can fit 2 cars, as well as street parking. You can walk left to the beach, which where you will arrive in just minutes. To the right, you can explore some of Brigantine's beautiful neighborhoods, as you make your way to the bay.
In this location, you are 1/2 a mile or less away from Wawa, restaurants, a market, a liquor store, surf shops, bike rentals and more. Take about a 3/4 of a mile stroll on the beach and arrive at the Laguna Rum Bar (open late spring through early fall). Looking to try your luck at the casinos or to check out the boardwalk? You are only ~10 minutes drive or Uber to Atlantic City.

We wanted a place to unwind near the ocean and that's exactly what we found. The house is comfortable, well-supplied and conveniently located. And the beach, accurately described as a 3-minute walk from the house, is beautiful.

Wonderful place to stay with your family, just one block away from the beach!!! Can’t beat the location as it’s also close to Wawa, Andre’s, Soulberri, and more! It was very clean, the bedrooms were nice sized, as was the kitchen and main living room (tv space). Our favorite thing to do was have breakfast outside on the nice patio table in the backyard!!! Would absolutely stay here again!!

Property as described, very clean, yard and grill a big plus. Kitchen and all appliances were beautiful. We had a great stay. Soo close to the beach, quiet street. Would definitely rent again.
