About this apartment rental
2 blocks to Starbucks on bustling and hip Freret Street corridor Uptown and less than a mile to Tulane University. Or, walk 1/2 mile to St. Charles Street car to ride to French Quarter. Immediate neighborhood is very safe with friendly neighbors. Carriage House is behind my home, so I'm on site if you need anything. Everything inside is brand new as of March 2019.

The rental is in a great location. I could walk to everything, including Tulane University and Audubon Park, restaurants and a music venue where we saw a favorite musician, Ben Kweller. There were snacks, like popcorn, and breakfast items, including oatmeal, coffee and tea. The ac and ceiling fans worked well to keep the place cool. There is great water pressure in the shower along with body wash and shampoo and conditioner. Plenty of on-street parking. It’s nice to have a washer and dryer, too. The host is very responsive. We will definitely stay here on our next visit.

Wonderful location. Super close to great Freret area. Walkable and safe neighborhood. On the second floor, it’s a great feel with lots of natural light and trees outside the windows. Everything we needed was here and great communication with owner!
