very good mountain view and partial lake. very good space unit with high ceiling, 1 bed main floor, 2 beds second floor. upgraded furniture, dining table, kitchen, big refrigerator, laundry, rain shower.

long walk and uphill to train station. no Uber service during peak time. We had to drag 3 luggage and 3 carryon for more than 30 minutes to train station because we could not get any Uber or taxi service during late morning. Very tiring! No air conditioning in med July. We had to opened door when we were there for fresh air, and insects got in room. no insect screen.

A wonderful stay, would love to visit again.

The property was beautiful, spacious, well built, and a great place to call home while in Speiz.

Visiting in the summer it was a little warm without air conditioning but fans were available.

Spiez is a small beautiful town and the apartment is perfect. I would recommend it to anyone.

The place was so beautiful. Everything is exactly like shown on the pictures. Location is perfect, all places that we wanted to visit were in reach within 1 -1.5 hrs drive.

The pillow were too soft. That is the only thing.

Beautiful apartment, nice view, from the terrasse, underground parking, near lake and swimming pool. Washing machine is a plus.

Darker curtains could be useful and harder pillows but that's a detail compared to all the advantages

Highly recommended for your stay in Interlaken region

Don't look any further. If you can find Sea-side Lodge available on your travel dates, just book it! Location of the property is amazing. Starting the morning with open views of mountains with ceiling sized windows was an amazing experience. The checkin experience was smooth with host providing the code to lock box prior to visit. The furnishing is high-end - from dining table to kitchen, sofa, TV and bed. The apartment had nearly everything which could be needed in our stay. There is also a safe underground parking.

beautiful, modern and luxurious. nice balcony view. comfortable beds. heated floors.

Advertised the property have three beds (two doubles and a sofa bed), but did not offer extra bedding and sheets for the sofa bed claiming our party is 3 persons (not a couple). They offered to bring them the next day. The top windows in the sofa bed area are not covered by curtains. the windows need screen to prevent mosquitoes and flies from entering.

It is a worth place to stay even with the lack of responsiveness of the property manager

The apartment is new with good furniture and bright with natural light. We were in one couple and didn't use the upper floor. We've used extensively the kitchen and it worked well for both of us however more pans (small frying pan and so on) would be appreciated. The parking lot was underground and easy to use.

a) There is a Microwave listed in the facilities session on Booking.com however there was NO microwave. The property didn't reply when I asked for it in the Booking app. b) The main bedroom doesn't have blackout curtains, so, we were lucky to be there in the Winter season otherwise we would have to wake up very early with the sun shining. c) A situation worth sharing here: I booked the apartment just a day before and paid immediately and then hours later, Jana (from the property) requested me to pay again!! I contacted Booking.com Customer Support that mediated the situation saying that it was already paid and no need to pay again. The Customer Support contacted Jana to explain the admin procedures. However, I didn't receive any instructions on how to collect the key... I did ask for information beforehand but didn't receive any. I don't know why... d) We arrived on Sunday at 15:00 without the instructions to collect the key. Then we tried multiple ways to contact the property: 1) sent emails, 2) messaged via app, 3) called multiple times the two property phone numbers indicated in the booking; 4) used the Booking Customer Support as a way to access the property on their side... We only managed to collect the key on that freezing Sunday when I called a 3rd phone number that we found googling on their own Internet Site. The one that picked the call, probably the owner, gently and immediately solved the issue.

The apartment was very modern, well equipped, and offered a great view of the town. It is located near the lake, the hiking paths and some of the major attractions. It was convenient for us to walk to these destinations and the main street in case we needed anything. The arrangement also gave us privacy while still having our concerns/requests immediately attended.

This review is a bit long. But it's worth it. Gorgeous apartment with great smart utilities in a great location with again, gorgeous view! And what's great too? The seaside lodge team who made sure of our comfort in our stay. So thank you much. Thank you you Ms Jana for the quick replies. Thank you Mr Luc for solving the safe box as quick and for affording all our needs and made us feel like a close friend! Thank you Mr Stefan for the best managing. Location is great. Near by is a garden with playground for kids. Nice restaurants with nice view on lake and an attraction. Checking in and out were all clear. Step by step pictures. Appliances were great. I read some comments about rules of staying in the apartment. I would call them manual on how to enjoy such a nice place. And keep it as nice for others who will stay after you. And how to use the appliances safely. And how not to bother people who live arround you. For me it's a good thing. I will definitely stay in that apartment again! And I highly recommend it.

It's too bad that fast internet doesnt reach the balcony.

전날 안내 메일대로 열쇠는 잘 찾았으나 공동현관 대문을 여는 데 어려움을 겪어 호스트에게 전화했으나 받지 않아 30분 동안 대문 밖에 있었습니다. 열쇠를 끝까지 힘주어 돌리면서 무거운 대문을 여는 방법을 스스로 터득하는 게 처음 방문하는 사람에게는 까다로웠습니다. 숙소 전반적으로 깨끗하게 청소되어 있었으나 주방 싱크대 배수구에 음식물이 가득 끼어 막혀있고 건조기 필터는 먼지로 가득해서 아기옷 빨래하기가 약간 꺼려졌습니다. 체크인 다음날 아침 청소부가 와서 최대한 처리해준 점은 좋았습니다. 요리도구 중 고기를 잡기 위한 집게나 가위가 구비되어 있으면 더 좋을 것 같습니다.
